Dear Evangelan,
You were such a gracious and generous hostess, and we thank you so very much for allowing us to host the "Evening at the Castle" event at your home. Everyone was so impressed with the architecture and you flair for decorating.
This was the largest, most successful fund raising event in the 15 year history of HOPE, and a lot of that was because of your generosity. The location, sponsorship, auction, weather, entertainment, and attendance were all perfect. Most importantly, we raised more than $55,000,00 to help us continue our programs serving the less fortunate in our community.
Please express our gratitude to Brittany, your family, friends and guests for their support. We have just extended our HOPE family, and you are one of our new members. Please keep in touch and visit when you can.

Just a note to thank you for my "care package" that you so graciously gave me at Danny and Ashley's wedding party!
After eating five servings at the party one would think "that's enough", but I want you to know I can't remember enjoying a dessert like that ever! I often order bread pudding when dining out so I feel I am a rather good judge, actually a "connoisseur" of bread pudding, and so far in my life of 74 years, yours gets the "Blue Ribbon, First Choice!"
I understand that we (wife, daughter and myself) will be staying at the Castle on the Lake the 21st of April for our annual overnighter and I can't help but wonder...hmm, will there be some bread pudding left over from someone's party that I might slip into the kitchen and abscond with??
Again, my sincere thanks, that was very nice of you! I think you could market that pudding and it would be a hit!

Number One......THANK YOU for sending the buffalo. I had been in Tyler all weekend to see my aging parents and Anna and Charlie were with their Daddy this weekend.
When I returned on Sunday, my neighbors had retrieved the box.
I called Anna at her Dad's and told her the good news. You have no idea the joy you brought Anna this weekend.
I know that your schedule is not easy, trying to entertain guests all the time and trying to get ready for weddings all the time....
One exciting thing to share......when opening the Tyler, Sunday paper in my parents' home this morning, I saw a great article of a recently married couple who had wed at your home!!!!! I smiled and felt I knew a little of the great and special environment in which that wedding had taken place. ;-)
Thanks so much again for taking the time, and the money, to send Anna's buffalo back to her.

Castle on the Lake planned and hosted our daughters "sweet 16" party last summer and it was fabulous. The owner and staff were the best. They helped with every aspect of the planning and execution and it went off with a blast. Perfect. We plan on using them for a graduation party also.

You two are the Dynamic Duo! Thank you so much for sharing your home and business to help us make the Renaissance event successful. The reviews are in, and it seemed to be the social event of the century. Plenty of good food, wonderful ambience with the Renaissance theme, good music, great attendance and a good time was had by all. We are looking at a total of $52,000 which will greatly help our weak budget.
The two of you have done an exceptional job with your wedding business, and hopefully this event will add to it. I can see why it works so well, you are such hard workers. Continued success with the business.
